Research project: Monitoring the evolution of post-traumatic symptoms, depression and anxiety during the COVID-19 pandemic in Brazilians

We are going through a completely atypical period in our lives, due to the spread of the coronavirus and the strategies to face it. Isolation, contagion, financial problems, stigma and boredom are things that generate stress during the pandemic, for example, and can precipitate mental disorders. As a result, we want to know how people are coping with the pandemic, what factors are related to emotional, cognitive and behavioral symptoms, and how the symptoms evolve over time. The scientific evidence produced by this research will serve as a reference for government and private intervention actions.
